Solid tonkotsu with all the toppings included, which is a pleasant surprise since so many places nickel and dime you for toppings that belong in a bowl of ramen.
New Japanese ramen chain import and quickly becoming one of my favorites. The tonkotsu is rice and creamy and deep in flavor. The noodles are made in house & they serve many unique drinks and desserts
Tan tan ramen is amazing. It’s a sophisticated hybrid of Japanese Miso broth and Chinese mala flavor. Crave worthy! And the staple tonkotsu ramen is simple perfection.
Got classic & okinomiyaki. Oki is much denser and like egg omelette but still good. Ramen was good for midtown & place is trendy. Noodles are a bit thick and curly and pork is thin slices, not big fan
The classic tonkatsu ramen is amazing, with a really rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and three slices of chasu pork. It’s some of the best tonkatsu I’ve had!
I usually get the Tonkatsu - but if I’m feeling spicy the TanTan is not to be missed! Also definitely check out the fried fish bun with that spicy mayo!
Ramen with cocktails in a chick setting. The tantanspicy ramen had a flavorful thick broth. Not a fan of the deli style thin pork slices it comes with. The pork is not grilled, tastes plain.
If you like pork, this place is for you. It also has some vegan options but if you want any other options, you're outta luck. The only chicken dish not filled with pork were the chicken wings.
