Arielle Lenox: The sculpture garden is located just outside of downtown so it has great views looking back in! It has the famous Spoon and Cherry sculpture that has been featured in many books and movies!
Arielle Lenox: The Bascillica of St. Mary is one of the oldest buildings in Minneapolis. Definitely worth seeing and only a short walk to the Minneapolis Sculpture garden
Arielle Lenox: Historic museum on Summit Ave in St. Paul - so much history on this road and located close to the governors mansion. This house has an amazing view of Saint Paul and the river.

Arielle Lenox: Great running or walking trail along Lake Calhoun just a few miles outside of downtown Minneapolis. This is the home of many 5k's throughout the year.

Arielle Lenox: Fun FroYo shop where you can make creative dessert concoctions! I love the fruit bar to add fresh fruit to your frozen yogurt. Great place for kids!
Arielle Lenox: Old school kinda place - they often have old cars there with their hoods open! The car side service makes you feel like you've gone back in time!
Arielle Lenox: Love the selection of donuts - especially the "fancy" donuts with cookie and cereal on top. They also have really good ice cream and coffee for whatever your mood is!

Arielle Lenox: One of my favorite Bourbon places. They have a great selection and fantastic food. You'll have a hard time choosing though because they have quite a large menu!

Arielle Lenox: In season, they have horse races on the weekend which are a great event to do with, They also have chariot races as well which are really fun, especially for kids to watch!

Arielle Lenox: Family style Italian - perfect place to celebrate a birthday, engagement or anything really. I love the unique atmosphere, they definitely give the vibe that you're in a little Italian restaurant!
Arielle Lenox: Indoor rec center with a really awesome kids playground that is built to feel like a forest! They also have a fitness area for the adults too.

Arielle Lenox: I love this lake. there are lots of paths and parks along it to relax and in the winter, you'll see 4 or 5 ice rinks created on the lake for hockey!

Arielle Lenox: They have a great list of local beers. We love going there and trying all of the different ones! They have good food, especially the burgers and giant soft pretzels.
Arielle Lenox: Some of the best wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. They are also BYOB so you can bring a bottle of wine to have while they are making your dinner! My favorites are the MiMi and the ToTo.
Arielle Lenox: Beautiful park with camping, swimming, bonfires and trains - anything you need to enjoy the outdoors in Minnesota. Plus, it is dog friendly.
Arielle Lenox: Lake Phalen is truly a gathering place. It's beautiful to walk but it also has lots of activities like an amphitheater, beach volleyball, playgrounds, sports fields and ice rinks.

Arielle Lenox: One of our favorite summer spots! Quaint little place located on the lake with live music. They also have a party boat that you can take out on the lake!
