If you want vegetarian & gluten-free they have gemista (stuffed peppers with paella rice). It's by far the best I ever had. Barbecued the pepper w/slightly spicy fresh tomato sauce.
Terrific one day trip to Requena & Utiel wineries with Elisa, who was very knowledgeable. The winery tours were both very good, and the included lunch was surprisingly excellent.
