Udon noodles and nothing but udon noodles. Amazing little gem. If you can, go for the little table in the kitchen where you sit with the kitchen staff. Also order the poached egg side dish, brilliant!

This is NOT a cafe. This is one of the best cocktail bars in London and I LOVE it. Get in early and secure a place to sit for the entire evening as you work your way through the extensive drink list.
Fantastic burgers! Check out how they do the chips: They fry them, then toss them in a bowl full of seasoning. That's how they taste so good!

One word: Burgers. Meat Liquor prides themselves on quality and everyone knows it, so be ready to wait in a long queue. Side note: only place in London where you can get a fried pickle.

Absolutely fantastic antithesis to "nando's culture". Beautiful flavour in the chicken, sauces and coleslaw, and the Apple Pie is great. Great dining experience for a very reasonable price.
