I read that this is not as good as it used to be. I cannot know if that's true. The thing is, the food was really good, the service was very friendly, the prices were right and the Kölsch was cold!

A really good destination for a weekend or more. The.people here know that tourism is about selling good product and doing it with a smile. Other areas in Greece could learn a lot from Kalavrita.
Nice big cafe on the central square of Kalavrita. I would prefer for it to be a bit more traditional... The warm thick chocolate is a chocoholics dream!

Wonderful spot (you can sit on the beach under a beautiful big tree), more than decent food. Fresh fish, a bit overpriced. You pay for the location.
It's a pretty safe choice. Waters as clear and exotic as Aghios Prokopios and Plaka, the beach a bit narrower and full of sunbeds, but maybe better for families. Warmer water and many food choices.
Beautiful beach, actually the northern part of Plaka beach, they are one. Golden sand, crystal clear waters, perfection.
