Sound washes out and carries up for concerts, but it's still a cool venue with a great view.
Check out the art vending machines on floors 1-3 near the escalators. $5 for some small, but awesome pieces of art.
Not the nicest hotel (certainly make sure to eat elsewhere) but amazing location and good prices.

Small theater. Not a bad seat in the house. Also the $14 large beer is the size of a big gulp.
