Newly open cafe at Thonglor 13, come with small groups to get the seats. Recommend menu are Original cheese cake, matcha cheese cake & iced coffee “Dirty”. Busy during weekends.
Local seafood place around Sri Racha, it may not be so well known but I think overall taste is considerably good (February 2020), I love Fried rice, Tom Yum Goong, Fried Rock Lobster & Fried egg.
The cafe is just behind Korean restaurant . Very good taste of carrot cake, it is a must to try. Afternoon is quite hot because of the mirror window. It is not the place for working.
The Japanese restaurant here is for izakaya or tempura menu. The decor is not Japanese bar even though they serve many snacks or appetizers. Don’t expect sushi, sashimi or Shabu here.
Upscale local boat noodle with beef or pork. In general I think local or normal beef is better than Wagyu or slide beef. Also the dried noodle is signature here & the taste is nice.
Good place for yakiniku, grilled beef lover. The restaurant serves a la carte not buffet & the price is premium. The service is good & each table is private with the wooden board between each of them

Large space for group, party or big family where you can have the space with garden view. Plenty of parking too. Crispy pork with chili & garlic is not recommended. Thai desserts are good to try.
Japanese bar & restaurant for hangout with friends. There are beer, sake with some Japanese snacks, grilled, sushi & sashimi menu. The place is for friends more than family.
One of good sightseeing place if you come & visit Auckland for the first time, long walk way, good seafood restaurants & bars where you can relax for lunch or dinner. Consider as lively place.
Local beef, pork noodle. Originally it is very small portion but you can have regular bowl now. Ask the owner don’t put sugar so the taste will be better. Lots of Thai appetizers are in here.
Good brunch spot around Phayathai, about 800m from BTS Rajthevee. Recommend Fresh croissant, Pink Powerful Bowl, Hot Cappucino. There are lots of western menu for lunch, dinner & cakes.

Lovely home cafe with the little garden in the backyard for children & friends. Cheese cake here is a must & order first before it is gone during the day, private room for 8-10 people.
Cozy, boutique & Thai-Vietnamese food at Saladaeng. The ambience here is really lovely for couple, friends for dinner or special occasion. The taste is not like in Vietnam but I prefer it.

Modern Taiwanese Cuisine at G floor, Samyan Mitrtown. Highlights are Streamed Xiao Long Bao or Fried one. Egg rice with fried Tonkatsu pork, Gyoza, Sichuan Dried Noodle. Long queue in evening.
Recommend place if you wanna get Thai River prawn, river view & real Thai food. Booking is required if you prefer the seats near river. Prawn, crispy pork skin fried rice, deep fried fish are good.
Newly open around Chidrom a Langsuan area where you can find Thai, Chinese, part of Seafoods & Boiled rice (Chinese style) !. Chinese -Thai desserts are here too: Mango sticky rice or Sweet taro.
Early booking like a week or more is a must here. Special days require a month of booking. I personally like HK style’s Dim sum, crispy pork, Peking duck, all crispy, Rice rolls & Lava bun here.
Convenience & delicious for neighborhood around the area. Plenty of parking, friends & family friendly. Recommend most of the menu from deep fried, spicy salad, grilled pork etc.
Outstanding & unique interior design with the big moon. The moon looks really real & match with the dimmer lighting. Booking & partial payment is required. Arroz, bread, Iberico & Egg bread are good.
