You won’t find a more inspiring destination to begin a Portland adventure than Mount Tabor Park. Hike or bike to the summit for a stunning view of the city.
Definitely one of the best national parks. Far less tourists than Yellowstone, and amazing views. Take a boat out on the lake.

Beautiful red rock hiking trails and rock scrambling just :30 from Las Vegas. A highly recommended breath of fresh air after a night on the strip.
The Denali Natural History Tour bus is a great way to experience the park if some members of your group aren't able to do much hiking.
Head up to the top of the observatory for a stunning view. Make sure to take the time to take in the view. You can also see the Hollywood sign from the left side of the observatory.
There are so many hiking trails to choose from, FYI horses are allowed on most of them so watch your step!

Pack a lunch, set up a picnic and watch the world go by. All year round, Georgetown's beautiful waterfront is a centre of neighbourhood entertainment so there's always something to watch.
