The place is shady but if you go around 2 pm, the lighting is good enough for photos. Whatever you do, do NOT touch the wall.
So many things to do and see! Flower bouquets for $5, $10, and $15! The Gum Wall is nearby, and so is the original Starbucks! It does get very crowded.
My inner basic bitch loves this place. The line to get in is very long, but Pike Place Market is right across the street. Check out the Gum Wall at Post Alley.
It might still be cold and windy in the summer bc of how close we are to the ocean. Eat some sourdough bread + clam chowder, check out Dolores Park, and be prepared to walk.
Love the breakfast bar in the morning and how comfortable the beds are. Marriotts usually don't have yogurt parfaits for breakfast but this one does, so that's a bonus! Staff is very friendly too.
The umbrellas on the ceiling are really cool. It gets pretty crowded so expect a 15 min wait around dinner time.

I really like the casual atmosphere here. Chai lattes are good and the line is usually better than at Starbucks. Seats can be hard to find in the afternoon though!
Went here in elementary school and middle school for school field trips. They have great summer camps for kids and are always looking for camp counselors!
Great children's bookstore! They sometimes bring local elementary school kids on field trips here.
Their portion sizes are HUGE. The gourmet burrito is really really good.
Love the staff and how clean the interior is. Not great for seating but a good place to grab food and avoid the lunch rush.
They have a lot of fun volunteering events, like the Walkabout every year. Great teachers and education.
This restaurant's dishes tend to be a little salty, but my family loves the Fujian Fried Rice. The rest tend to be hit or miss. It's loud and has typical Chinese service.
Do not try to find your friend's apartment/townhouse yourself. You will get lost. Wait by the clubhouse with the swimming pool for them to come get you.
Quiet, residential neighborhood. Go to the grass near the playground for a great place to picnic or to play frisbee. San Antonio Caltrain and Snozen are walking distance.
Always check the weather before you get here. Ocean Beach is amazing on a sunny day, but cold and windy on a cloudy one. My favorite drive in SF.
This place has a great lunch buffet! One of the best Indian food places in Palo Alto!
Southbound train is on the side nearest to downtown Palo Alto. Northbound is on the Stanford university campus side.
Vegetable tofu is really good, but I'd recommend getting it medium spicy at least. Service is typical Asian service (aka nonexistent) but at least the male waiter is hella cute.
