Good neighborhood coffee spot with some good chai too. Nice for reading/working (wifi = NetGear81, pass = helpfultomato851) and people watching on Franklin. Sandwiches and soups too if you're hungry.

They roast their own coffee here, and it's usually great. Try a single origin espresso or pourover and something from their Essex St bakery. A good number of plugs but sometimes overwhelmed wifi.

Really great cafe to sit and relax or do some work in. The upper level has a great view of the Williamsburg bridge!
Cool place to work. Flat white is great. But do come with your laptop charged : they only have a handful of power sockets, and they're not exactly easy to reach.
Toby's has a beautiful seating area, but you'll never get to sit there. The people already there are actors, paid to show up before opening and stay until after closing. That's the only explanation.
Great coffee, fresh juices and smoothies, and awesome pastries. This place is open late too, so it's a perfect place to do some quiet evening reading!
The coffee and pastries are ridiculously yummy and the staff is amazingly welcoming. Great environment to kick back and just chill.
