It's hard to decide which is better- the food or the view. The food was absolutely delicious, with, perhaps rightly, the dessert (hazlenut cake) being the prize of the night.
Get a corner seat, makes for the best view. Get the Pork Chop w/caramelized apples with mac and cheese, it was out of this world. The Crème brûlée was the awesome. One of the best meals I've ever had.
Roof Garden: great view, moderate service, quite expensive non artisanal cocktails. Foamy Manhattan cocktail? Give me a break!

Better deal than the observation deck in my opinion. Costs a little more but consider the drink as half price :-)

Expensive, but certainly worth it for the spectacular setting (waterfall included), service, and food! Worth stopping by even just to admire the design.
