    Its a little smaller than other clubs in Boston but I had a good time we did table service for my friends birthday but it was on the second floor away from the dance floor.

    One of the best places to listen and dance to house music, to bad is only on Fridays.

    Go big or go home! I prefer Thursday nights and I would highly recommend leaving your heels at home! Its dance time baby!

    Go upstairs. It's way more spacious and you get a nice view of the DJ

    Drinks are pricey and you should expect a cover, but once you're in, The Estate is a fairly decent place to go clubbing. However, the tunes are pure top 40, so music snobs should avoid at all costs.

    I would advise people to get tipsy before entering but all-in-all it is a great place to forget your trouble and dance the night away.

    If you come early its all grenades...hold off till 11 or 11:30...totally worth it
