Before it was the official Foursquare bar, I lived 100 yards down the block and enjoyed liberally poured Maker's rocks here after work.
My other 5th street go to. This place is a gem and possibly the closest replacement to Mars Bar you can find.
The quintessential East Village sports bar: smaller than your studio with every game on standard def TVs. Great beer selection, but no booze.
