Crispy bun on condensed milk here is beyond description. Also, the fish balls and fish cake in hor fun soup is to die for.
Absolutely one of the best Ramen places here in HK. Served quickly once you sit down. Will definitely be coming back for more.
Make sure u don't get this place mixed up with a shop a few doors down named "Mak's Noodle", which is written in English!! This store only has Chinese characters on the store front.

Widest variety of very delicious rice rolls cook to the order. I like: 蝦腸粉(prawns),豬潤叉燒腸粉(BBQ pork and pork liver),豬潤腸粉(pork liver),臘腸鮮蝦腸粉（chinese sausage and prawns).
Sun Kei is renowned for cheese sauce instant noodles, lots n lots of celebrities photos all over (though I've not actually met any there). Must try: sliced beef rice with fried egg, it's spicy though!
I could eat here 7 days a week. Best soup dumplings, noodles, and my personal favorite: the shrimp dumplings in chili soup.
