Simply Spanish Paella Valencia& Bacalao are super! For dessert,go to the center aisle where Pardon my French is &grab a crepe (smell it from 3mtrs away). Waiting time:30-45mins but well worth the wait!
Cozymarket with great Padre coffee, croissants, fresh goods and other stuffs. Open on Wednesdays and weekends. Great place to explore for food too as there are other gems around the area.
Make sure you try the South Melbourne Market famous dim sims :) they are so delicious! The spring rolls are pretty awesome too. Don't jump the queue -- people take dim sims seriously :p
Lats Sushi.... by far the only sushi in Melbourne I'll buy from. They will always greet me with a warm welcome & I don't even have to say what I want, they know me that well.
The market itself puts anything in Sydney to shame, but the best part are the many options for quick bites of food. The $1 oyster shots are my favourite.
$10 breakfast of champions: freshly shucked coffin bay oysters @ $1, a silky smooth coffee from Clement Coffee Roasters, ruby red grapefruit to finish.
