Being a regular chai drinker I was totally disappointed with the chair latte. Weak chai, barely warm, and a funny after taste. I actually returned for another hot beverage. Will not be returning....

The dinner food was pretty good, but the service was awful. Shouldn't have to wait an hour for drinks to get to the table.
