Underground, amazing sake menu, good for a date. Food is not stellar; it's for drinks and atmosphere. Order a cold, dry sake off the specials menu and enjoy a long conversation.

You wouldn't know from that the nondescript entrance housed this magical oasis of tea, friendly staff, and a lounge space that you'll never want to leave.
Order 1/4 pound of brisket, 1 sausage, 1/4 pound pulled pork, a small cup of beans, and a liter of one of the house beers. A better night cannot be had.
Non-flippant tip: Amazing cocktails. Awesome bartenders and staff. The Holy Mountain from the winter menu is inspired. Ask for something off-menu for fun and let the bartender surprise you.

The ramen is classic, almost as well executed as Ippudo and much lighter, and tastes as good as the wait is painful. Arrive before 6 or wait 90m. Split the two daily ramens.
Well-seasoned and crispy fried chicken. Bun is unfortunately very sad. Fries (wedges) are okay, underseasoned. Try the off-menu "Koreano," their chicken sandwich with daikon radish slaw added.
