The Hella Vegan (Samosa, pico de gallo & chutneys) is definitely an interesting take. Pico de gallo cuts the richness of the curry.
Their "liege waffle" isn't really a liege waffle. It's good for a regular waffle but disappointing for a liege waffle.
The tacos de pescado and the ceviche are both excellent!!! Flavorful and spicy. The ceviche is also quite refreshing.
Statebird is still a fave... Love the variations of their signature mochi... Recent fave is the choco hazelnut profiterole...

I take back my previous tip - I tried their liege waffles again and this time, it tasted a lot better and more authentic! Def worth the calories!
