Full English breakfast is great, you can have them make you an omelet as well with your choice of ingredients.
Wear a rubber belt and you don't have to remove shoes or belt. Also, don't let them weigh your carry-on if it's overweight ;)
Good place to stay right next to the airport. Closest food is McDonald's and the mini mart next door to it.
Low-carb options are great here! I get salad without beans rice or tortilla and have them put cheese on your choice of meat and toast it before they put the shredded lettuce on.
