Spend some time checking out all of the wonderful old movie posters that adorn the walls inside the main entrance. Also, be sure to check out the great collection of old school arcade games.
This theater was opened in 1968 and was originally called Loew's Tara. It was named after Tara Plantation which was the fictional home of Scarlett O'Hara in Margaret Mitchell's 'Gone With the Wind'.

Atlanta's only surviving drive-in movie theater, it's been entertaining movie fans since 1949 & shows double-feature first run movies. The theater also features a flea market which is open on weekends
Cool place. It's easy to enjoy almost any IMAX film just because of the awesome presentation. Seating is comfortable. A great family trip for any weekend!
