We always apologize for any wait times as our doctors try to spend quality time with our patients and often can get behind. Thank you for all the comments both positive and ones we can learn from.
Just read all the comments here, but I've never waited more than 5 minutes.
So at lunch, front staff puts "closed" signs up while patients have been waiting for over an hour. #fail
