Le Garet is a firm favourite amongst locals, if you are looking for a place to eat here's a chance to sample some local cuisine.
Massive Art Deco dining room is stunning. Highly recommend the beef bourguignon. Boasts a lively atmosphere that is unrivaled in Lyon.
The hotel is special and gorgeous, but two things make this a definite return. 1) the breakfast 2) the special attention by the concierges to make sure you get exactly what you want from your visit.

Food is execellent and price as well ;-)) try the Lyonesse dishes those are really tasty! The red wine Coteaux du Lyonnais is good and relatively not expensive
