Great cocktails and a splendid view of HK. Be aware that they are asking for a minimum of 150HKD per person if you want a seat on the sofas, and a minimum of 1000HKD for a table opposite the bar.

Some of the most luxurious, spacious rooms available in Hong Kong. Be prepared to throw down serious money, but in my opinion it is worth every penny.

If you are afraid of heights I wouldn't stay here! The tallest hotel in Hong Kong, with an unbelievable spa and Tosca Italian restaurant. It is not on HK island, which is the only problem.

Great brunches. Get there early on weekends or be ready to wait. Service can be slow when it's busy, but easily the best Australian style brunch experience in Hong Kong with decent coffee.

Check out the cheese cave upstairs. I wouldn't recommend this place for the food, but for wine and cheese, absolutely!!
