Sam T5月 8, 2013While views are excellent on top floors, rooms are tiny, especially by Starwood platinum standards. The W, St. Regis, and Palace are all excellent Starwood properties within minutes walking distance.

Nadia Silva1月 14, 2014It's in a great location! Not too far from union square, and it's extremely easy to catch a cab. I'd recommend doing the "free breakfast buffet" upgrade with your stay, it is well worth it.
Best Starwood property in the city. Even though it is no longer a Westin, the high-quality remains and the service is great. Faye at the front desk made sure my visit was one to remember.
Hal Mackins2月 28, 2016A solid, modern Starwood property in the FiDi. Since becoming a Park Central, they've done away with room service, a bit of a downer. However, plenty of good stuff nearby (incl. Super Duper Burger).
Great service here when an employee went way above & beyond the call of duty for me. During BART outage -- employee offered to drive me to airport himself due to taxi shortage. Amazing gesture.
The view from rm. 2001. Get it. Also, don't put things in the mini bar, request a separate fridge or you will be $$$.
Comfortable, well located hotel with friendly, gracious staff. Represents the spirit of San Francisco well. Plus, great views.
J Crowley2月 12, 2019Meh. Rooms are fine. A little worn. Ant gym is way too small for a hotel of this size. 🐜 Ask for a room on a higher floor for great views, and complimentary drink tickets when you check in
Lainey Canevaro10月 22, 2010Rooms ending in #26 are on a corner and they have floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides From higher floors they have amazinng city view. They are a little smaller, but cozy and the view is worth it :)
Don't expect your key to work on the first try. Hasn't in my last three visits here. This last time, the front desk's system was down so it took twice as long to check in (manual credit card info).
The cleaning staff has done an excellent job honoring my request for only decaf coffees and teas being left in my room! They remember every day!
Bruce Hashim10月 9, 2012Rooms ending in 10 are smallish. Overall, nice rooms, great location too. Try the wine tasting bar around the corner on 3rd street.
A pretty solid hotel, with generally friendly staff. There are a few guys at the front desk who are a bit too full of themselves, but that shouldn't impact your stay much.

We were moved into 3 diff rooms w/in 24 hrs of being here. Insane. 1st rm (1224) wasn't what we paid for & 2 small for 2 people! 2nd rm (2510) small, great view, tv was broken! 3rd rm (1506) decent.

While roomy & spacious, the furniture and wet bar area looked battered & scratched up...dare I say ghetto for almost $500/night?! And NO free wifi either. C+

You want to workout at 6am? Are you crazy? The hardcore road warriors at this hotel fill up every square inch of the gym by 5:45am. Slacker.
Heath Terry3月 23, 2019Possibly the worst run hotel in SF. Regularly overbooks during conferences and then sends guest to other hotels when they run out of rooms. Desks clerks completely unapologetic about the practice.
Beds are sooo uncomfortable it's ridiculous. Always long lines at the concierge, they are nice enough. Bathtub makes so much noise I felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Too expensive.
Andrew6月 10, 2012They let me check-in at 8:30 AM on a Friday! Also gave me late checkout on Sunday - thanks Westin! Super clean, updated hotel, amazing location.- Hotel has gone way down hill in past 2 years. No room service, concierge inaccessible. Shabby.

Tory Brooks2月 22, 2014Worst ever hotel. Paper thin walls. I listen to the man in the room next to me cough as I write this. Oh and their entire key system is down and I waited 30 minutes to be let into my room. At 11pm.
Centrally located .. I guess it's a business hotel.. no fridge or mini bar in the room .. am quite neutral.
Kate Rhoades9月 14, 2013When they're cleaning the bathrooms, they put up a sign saying they're being "renewed" á la Logan's run. And the stall does go all the way to the floor. Great for some quick sex.
The rooms ending with 06 at the Westin San Francisco Market Street is a two room suite with floor to ceiling window in both the living and bed room. 続きを見る
If you're put in a handicapped room, the shower head doesn't go higher than 5 feet. You also get two peep-holes on the door.

Pretty nice hotel - booked "better" King and it's small- bath not so nice
If you have a group of 5 or more headed to the airport, inquire with the valet/concierge about car service. Often times, that can take your peeps for less than two taxis. Save money.

Hema3月 13, 2011Clean, smells clean, and the bed isn't mushy and soft. Got a free upgrade without asking- just because I looked miserable after arriving at midnight. Very nice staff.
Platinum guests - take the breakfast option as your perk instead of the 500 points - much better deal & great breakfast!
Maurina Venturelli1月 3, 2013Park at Hearst Parking Garage. $26 for 24 hours. Way cheaper than the $60 a night valet. The garage is 45 3 rd street.
