Cole T1月 5, 2019Located in the Belvedere hotel, this spot is bursting with a convivial atmosphere, good beer list and solid food. Gets pretty busy but for good reason. A great spot in Mount Vernon.

- Twenty beers on tap and delicious food. Be aware: Owl Bar will not split a check between more than three credit cards.
Now under new ownership the place is seeing a real revival in its level of service and food quality. Check out the awesome paninis and don't forget to get ice cream after dinner.
Be sure to have a sidecar and an Ahi Tuna BLT! You won't be disappointed.
Any of the pizzas can be made into its own thin crust version which is amazing. Also not on the menu, "Red Pizza" : pepperoni, sausage, and I believe beef.
Sean Connors7月 6, 2012Try the yard of beer. Make sure not to break the glass it comes in though, unless you want an additional $125 added to your check.
- One pizza is enough for two to share, and the blue collar chili is rather large and filling.
New management or not... I still refer to this place as the "Out Bar" as they run out of practically everything. Always have a back up in mind... You'll need it!

Walk through the lobby of the Belvedere, try to shake the feeling that you are in the Shining, the bar is at the back- They still are incapable of supplying everything they list on the menu - Long Live "The OUT Bar!"
