The cocktails are complex and interesting even if limited, like the beer list. It's all about the wine.

The Parma classic Canberra ordered as a white pizza and it's amazing, pair that with the seasonal wild mushroom bruschetta and the romaine lettuce salad and voi la, perfection

The Culinary Institute of America12月 19, 2012Before opening La Madia, chef/owner Jonathan Fox tested and re-tested his pizza recipe. Dough and pasta are made fresh here daily. Another great establishment by a CIA alumnus!

You must order the mushroom bruschetta! Its soo good! The parma classic is amazing as a white pizza instead of the red sauce!- Get the Parma Classic pizza as a white pizza. It's even more delicious, and it's light and tasty. Sooo good.
If you add a little truffle oil to the white wild mushroom pizza you won't regret it. The beet salad is a repeat other as well.

Late night special after 9pm, salad, pizza and cookies for 2 only $20. Make it $30 and you each get a glass of their wine of the week.
