홍대역 주변은 너무 산만, 4번출구로 나와서, 산울림 소극장 쪽으로 가는 게 좋다. 구석구석 작은 카페나 식당이 들어서 있고, 그나마 낫다. 요즘 주말에는 복작복작 하지만.
