Had a Tour de Soup Dumplings around Shanghai, and Yang's won without question. The crispy bottom is perfection.

Jia Jia Tangbao basically offers one thing: soup dumplings, in eight varieties (9RMB/pork, 10.5RMB/shrimp and pork, 22.50RMB/crab and pork). Their dumplings are revered as some of the best.

Lemon chicken, house curry, pineapple buns, and poached chicken are amazing. I love this restaurant. Small and casual. One of my favorite Chinese restaurant in town.
The lamb in tin foil is absolutely delicious - soft, succulent lamb with amazing crispy potato chunks, with red and green peppers and coriander. Heaven for any lamb lover. Also, pumpkin dumplings.

shanghai's art scene is growing as fast as its buildings. browsing the maze of galleries here is a good way to spend a few hours one afternoon.
