Pljukanci (pasta) with mushrooms and sausage are excellent. The beefsteak with truffles was also very nicely prepared. Cute ambient!
The salads are excellent, and quite cheap for the amount of food you get. The truffle fries go really well with the salads.
Even though my taste-intuition said otherwise, the lime&basil ice cream is fantastic! Very good ice cream in the city center.

Not cheap, but incredibly delicious pizza. Fresh ingredients, perfectly baked. Quick & friendly service. The "bavarese cioccolato bianco" desert is out of this world.
Best pizza in Zagreb, hands down. They have a decent beer selection, and if you can take it, their desserts are pretty awesome as well.

Very good coffee (Illy), decent free wi-fi, friendliest staff ever, and a non-smoking interior. Everything one could wish for. :)
