The classic place to get sunglasses and frames for your prescription glasses in NY. Each frame costs about 250 USD and is worth the money. Staff is very friendly and modest.

Old-school American glasses store, since 1915. Great, classic frames—a nod to history and lots of updated style.They give 25% for VSP, and they take HSAs. What else do you need?

The facade alone is enough to make nostalgic New Yorkers drop to one knee. Those who can stay on their feet should head up the stairs to check out Moscot's own line of vintage eyewear.
