Best microbrewed beer downtown. Always busy, mixed business and McGill crowd. Terrasse in the summer. My favourite beers are Cuda and Congo.
The food is classic French bistro fare with all the usual suspects: duck rilettes, cretons, coquilles Saint-Jacques, foie gras terrine, & even a burger with fries. Not to mention their own beer.
Go downstairs, sit at the bar, watch the game, order some food. It's like your buddies basement.
Their sandwiches, dips and tasty soups never disappoint. During the summer, enjoy your meal on the lush garden terrace, right next to Jeanne-Mance park.

Beautiful restaurant, awesome service, delicious food. Try the foie gras dumplings and seared scallops, you won't regret it! So glad this restaurant is only a 5 mins walk from my place!

Really cute new little resto in the St-Henri hood. Amazing food, smallish portions but every bite is absolutely delicious.
A simple & classic bistro with good steak & frites and trout salad. As recommended by Travel Channel host, Anthony Bourdain.
Tacos Tuesday. 2$ delicious tacos (fish & plantain are the best) and strong margaritas.
Good looking place. Let the bartender know you're ready to order a drink with a left hook or by complimenting his mustache. There's really no other way to get their attention.
Something is weird about this place (in a good way): The entire menu looks amazing. The atmosphere and presentation is awesome... But the prices are very low and the service is magnificent...
