Definately different than other chipotles. Often offers brown rice instead of white. Also sometimes had different meat options and makes their salsas with a different recipes.
Their duck confit is divine. Also ask for extra bacon bread instead of their regular bread assortment -- it intensifies the duck fat flavor.

Try the jerk and stew chicken. The jerk is nice and spicy while the stew chicken meat falls right off the bone. Delicious.
