Tornaparts !10月 16, 2013Premier venue in the city. Hip place in the hippest part of town. Saw the Pumpkins open the Siamese Dream tour here...that's what made me start writing music. Don't blame them...couldn't have known.

- Robert licursi5月 23, 2012Have seen many bands! Latest was Wild Flag! They ROCKED. The small venue is a great place to go, hang with your buds and listen to great music.
The sound is exceptional and they always bring the best musicians throughout the year!
Metro is legendary. Just remember the men's room is on the 1st floor and the ladies' room is on the 3rd floor.

Old club feel but a great vibe. Perfect for a show and a few cocktails.

Shannon Jeropke7月 24, 2012A lot of their shows are 18+ so you don't have to be 21 to get in. Just check online in advance. The tickets are cheaper online anyway!
Get a stamp before going to buy band merchandise because it is located right outside where they check tickets. If you don't have a stamp, you can't get back in!
If you're early in the line...marathon sprint inside when doors open. Take the stairs left. 2 flights. And sit at a table like a golden god

Mike Muller12月 27, 2010You can park at the McD's just down the street. Either somebody will be out working the lot or you can just go in and ask the manager and they'll sell you a parking pass for $10.

- One of the best live music venues in Chicago. Great history, great acoustics. A must.
Metro is s great place to see a show! Good sound, sightlines and bands!
chris courtney3月 11, 2010By tickets at the box office and avoid all the service charges. Saves an easy 5-10 bucks per ticket. Open Tuesday through Saturday 12-8pm, take cash.
If you get advance tickets at their box offices, you can avoid feed. Open noon to 6PM.

Stage left speakers. If you can take the bass, you will always be close to the stage, probably behind me.
