Go to PDT and get the bacon flavored bourbon. They use Momofuku bacon fat to flavor it. The tater tots are an excellent companion.
Get the house Sazerac and enjoy the music. Bartenders have a great playlist on the ipod.
If you can, eat at the bar, especially if Matt is bartending. And don't bother with the drink menu - just give him a base liquor and let him work his magic. And tip well...in shots.
