Mauricio Bussab: A Roman institution founded in in 1961 and home to the best pasta and best trippa I have ever had. It is very hard to get a reservation so plan a couple of weeks ahead.
Mauricio Bussab: Simple local food, very well prepared, inexpensive, large portions. Great way to try real Sicilian dishes. The seafood appetizer platter is incredible.
