What a perfect hotel. Great balance of luxury and comfort in one place. Expensive but worth it if staying downtown.- Book a meeting here and sit back as the JW staff make you look good! Great hotel, great staff. Doesn't get better than JW!

Also, the lobby smells great.- Do not valet your car here, unless you'd like to spend $60 on parking for 4 hours. Park at the Sears Tower garage just west of the hotel, a little cheaper.

"Hotel room was a bit smaller than expected but it works just fine for the 2 nights. The room was super clean, the lobby was gorgeous! The gents out front will hail cabs for you. Great hotel overall!!"
