Go to PDT and get the bacon flavored bourbon. They use Momofuku bacon fat to flavor it. The tater tots are an excellent companion.
This is my favorite cocktail bar in NYC, by far-- they've made some of the best I've had. Could spend hours at the bar watch the able bartenders make drinks.
Go to the Blind Pig for their all-you-can drink brunch, and get the bloody marys. During the summer when the crowds are smaller, they'll let you stay until 4 pm.
