New GM refuses to let a guy (who works donations bin outside with medical condition) use washroom because it affects profits. Previous GM had no issue. New GM prefers numbers over customer service.
They do not allow service dogs into the establishment making them discriminatory to those with disabilities. Complete and utter violation of the Canadian Human Rights Code.
