With the Jack casino no more 30 minutes playing fora free parking pass .You must have over 1000 points to get free parking validation. If you complain about this they did give me a free validation.

Sharon Berezne7月 7, 2012Vegetarians and Vegans - not alot of options for you if the buffet is closed - which it was when I was there. Otherwise a beautiful casino with lots of options on slots, tables and different games.
Big. Beautiful. Its quite the experience. It houses one of the largest buffets in the city. I can't wait till they go Phase 2 and expand.

If you play any slot with a big screen on top play with a few others because the mini games usually involve all of you.
The more important question is, what is bad here. They no longer offer their breakfast buffet and that was the best part of going down there. Lunch and dinner are mediocre at best.
Lots of nice places to sit and people-watch. Buffet is the best in town.
Courtney Dann3月 3, 2013We use to get copuons in the mail ALL the time n we used one once n ended up winning a little $, haven't recieved a coupon in the mail since then! Why's that?? HUHHH- Great place to do some fast gambling but don't go outside, to many beggars, not a good image for the city. Also, to many folks just sitting around inside taking up space and not playing the slots.
Na Kay2月 10, 2013If you want a real (or closer to real) casino experience, drive the 2 hours and visit the rivers casino in Pittsburgh! Free parking and better payouts!!!- Things have changed with this place now that it's the Jack. Slot payouts are terrible and you can no longer order beverages from your machine. Just try to flag down a server. They are not plentiful.
Michael G5月 20, 2012You can get there through Tower City Center (TCC). But TCC is NOT one of Horseshoe's official lots. So even if you gamble for 30min & win free parking, you will still have to pay for parking @ TCC.
Always fun going good there...TAG is a great place to have drinks!
Best work experience ever! Play blackjack and roulette if possible on the first floor by the cage!

Shaun White6月 28, 2012If you want to stand by the poker room entrance for over 10 mins while there are 4 employees at the counter and never have anyone offer to seat you or even say a word to you...this is the place to go.
Honestly I'm probably done coming here. This is a Vegas casino in the same way Taco Bell is authentic Mexican food. I expected more from Caesar's.
