The coffee isn't the best in Latvia, but it is in Liepaja (illy is to Europe as Starbucks is to the USA). The pastries and food on the other hand, super good.
Eduard Ruzga8月 18, 2015Tasty eklers in this 3 stories french style cafe. Try going to 3rd floor terrace. Even toilet has books and photos. Very cozy. Dogs are allowed too :-)

Agrāk bija laima eklēri - tie bija ļoti gardi. Skumji, ka uz kruasāniem var trāpīt tikai ar trešo vai ceturto vizīti nedēļas laikā, bet kad trāpa, tad nudien gardi.
