House of Tricks has been named "One of the Top 5 Wine Bars in the Valley" and has been awarded the Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence". Everything on the menu is delicious. Save room for dessert.
Although Tricks has a decent cocktail list, wine is the way to go here, given the restaurant's eclectic 300-bottle cellar and its "Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator for two years running. 続きを見る
Magnificently layered dishes. The humbly named barbacoa arepa was a multilayered masterpiece of slow-cooked meat. The pork shank was awesome, and its plating with caramelized cheese was jaw-dropping.
Harissa-spiced mussels, perfectly seared foie gras, juicy coffee-cardamom-crusted duck, and fork-tender braised osso bucco keep us coming back for more. 続きを見る
Lovely outdoor seating. Great wine list and menu. Upscale casual. Dim lighting and super relaxing so you can just enjoy. Added bonus, 4 resident cats they care for, who scurry around, looking adorable
Best dining experience in Tempe! 5-star food and a great patio! Try the seared scallops and seafood cakes! Pricey, but totally worth it! We went with another couple & walked along Mill Ave afterwards!
Had the lamb and it was delicious! Service was a little slow at first. Surprising since it wasn't very packed. Slow service aside, everything we ate was delicious and would definitely come back.
Very relaxed and cool atmosphere. Good place for a light lunch with your honey. Get anything because it is all amazing but if you really need a recommendation get the grilled chicken sandwich!!! Yum!!
This was the best of the restaurants we tried this past Spring Training trip, service on point, Squirrel drinks FUN! and the food, was tasty and plentiful, large portions...
Foie gras duck tamales starter, salmon starter were excellent. Pork belly and caramelized onion stuffed chicken is to die for - this was chefs daily special.
Be warned that there are a couple cats that belong to the house/restaurant that roam the patio and will sit by you for a little once your food arrives. The black one is very friendly.
This restaurant is beautiful, covered with trees and lots of outside seating, fantastic art collection on the walls too, you get a sense of enchantment upon walking through the gate, Fantastic food 続きを見る
What a beautiful place! Get the Wild Hog Zin - it's definitely worth the price. And with the bone marrow appetizer? It's like milk and cookies! Made to go together!
Conveniently located in downtown Tempe, close the the Tempe Town Lake, ASU Gammage and the ASU Art Museum. We love the outdoor patio and bar. Save room for dessert - trust us.
Definitely sit outside and enjoy the lush, cool environment with a nice cold drink. On the dinner menu, House of Tricks also offers the best steak I've ever had.

Although the lush, flower-filled patio has its charms, the best place for Tricksters to be is invariably the outdoor bar, roofed and shaded by two towering old trees. 続きを見る
One of my favorite places in Tempe. Their dinner menu is much more expensive and different than their lunch menu. My favorite item is the salmon salad.
If you’re going for lunch, you can’t go wrong with the quiche of the day. Also, this is a great spot for dinner before a show at ASU Gammage. Great wine list!
Called the "Hours of Tranquility", their happy hour consists of relaxed pricing at the outdoor bar from 4-6 p.m. and tasty, casual happy hour dining options.
