    Ask for water and they will gift you a bottle. If you book ahead of time, upon check in don't tell them that, and ask what the room rate is today, compare and go for the best rate.

    Kind of torn because I always love Hampton Inns. The coffee and location is great. Staff was pleasant and room was in good condition, but breakfast was not good and the heater in the room is LOUD

    This is me second Hampton Inn in 24 hours with no fridge in the room (first floor). Kids love hiding in the cabinet where it used to go, though!

    Great place to stay on business if you're in the NW/arboretum area. Nice weight room and good breakfast in the morning. Close to restaurants

    Never again will I stay here. Staff is not pleasant and 100% satisfaction is a load of crock. Hopefully when I return, the Hampton Inn on Pecan Park has rooms.

    Stayed here for an anniversary and they brought us some champagne and chocolate. Now that is service!
