Chargrilled oysters were great, as was the crawfish beignet. Bring some breath mints if you get the bacon cheese fries.
Try whatever you haven’t tried before. Don’t be afraid of the non-IPAs!

The Salumi with hot soppressata is dern good. Not quite “make you sweat” hot, but close.
