For on-site parking, their lot is only accessible via the west gate at 3 Tecumseth Street. But outside office hours there's free parking up Tecumseth Street anyway

If all the nearby street parking is full and/or covered with snow (the houses here mostly have driveways, depleting street parking), this is an option except from 12am-6am
