Ox tail pho added recently. Overall: not that bad. Worth trying. Broth was ok (could use more work). Meat was good. more a fusion version of pho than traditional pho u would find in NYC/LA/Vietnam.

Great Asian fusion food made and served by non-Asian folks. Place is amazing, real students of Asian cuisine done properly. Local compliant is it’s too expensive.

Great food, amazing food. Two problems 1. It’s expensive 2. Cultural appropriation (to the point of exploitation = no Asian chefs).

The Funaguchi sake is spectacular. Ignore-no, relish-the fact that it comes in a can!
