Hidden gem in the West Village. It's an adult playground, like your dream basement on steroids. Pool, shuffle board, board games, ping pong, live jazz, and cheap beer. Grimy, but in a great way.

- One of the few places that hasn't changed much over the years. Still great. Loads of games, live music, never too packed, great beer and snack prices. Best on-a-budget fun in the village.

There isn’t enough seating around where the artists perform, so if you don’t grab a seat yuck you have to stand.

Amazing jazz club with a lot of fun & good music. In the weekdays entrance is just for $3 and weekends are not that expensive as well.
Sooo in love with this spot. Very regular NYC feel here without the idiots. Game room with live music....Sooo awesome!

One of my favorite bars in NYC. Looks like your friend's basement, but the best stuff—live jazz, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, and scrabble (all games charge by the minute). Plus, cheap PBR.

Surrounded by games galore and the wonderful sounds of live jazz, what's not to love about Fat Cat?! I would definitely return to this place!
Come with enough friends to insulate you from the NYU freshmen. Enjoy the jazz and games.
