Serious Eats8月 9, 2013Giant, delicious, gut bomb sandwiches. Open until 5am on Friday and Saturday nights, so definitely remember to swing by after your U St. bar crawl.
Rev Ciancio7月 1, 2012Not only is the food amazing and original, they have the cleanest, nicest, most fancy gas station bathroom of all times. You'll feel like you're in a bathroom at a club in Vegas.
This is now my fave falafel in town. Uniquely spiced (cumin?) and utterly delicious. Their chocolate ganache cake shames "fine dining" desserts. My bf loved the meatball sub. This place is legit!- WRT the Greek Salad-- get it. It usually comes with dolmades, an enormous amount of feta and a beautifully balanced mix of peppers, onions, olives, mixed greens et al. It may seem $$ but it's massive.
- Try the sweet potato fries. Don't hesitate. They're delicious, esp if you get them to go and like me, you have Chipotle Mayo in your fridge. Crispy, slightly sweet and relatively wholesome. Om nom nom

Best sandwich place in the city. Try the chivito. The Cuban is also very good.
Cubano, steak and cheese, beer battered eggplant, and plantains. Amazing. Couldn't take a picture because we didn't want to wait to eat it.

Everyone rightfully loves the chivito but the Argentina favorite, the milanesa, is also a win.

Get the eggplant fries and the sandwiches are awesome. It's open late and it's the best place in a gas station you can find.

Late night it's all about the Corn Empanada it rocks and if you have to beg for it it's worth it!!!!!

- Didn't eat my Greek Salad last night and felt bad about tossing it, so I took it to work, since dressing was on the side. Was a bit wilted, but wow. Who else can make a salad that's good the next day?
Great food at a reasonable but not cheap price. Eating falafel from a gas station sounds bad but it's delicious.
Def not fast... But it is good. Try the steak sandwich with the eggplant fries

- You have to try the Corn empanadas they will blow your mind! Best in the city
