Uzura S. • 12月 24, 2011House of Nanking の系列店。Fangはおしゃれできれいな。メニューは違うけど両方とも人気店。Fangはどれもパクチーが効いてる。写真のシーフードポットの麺はビーフン（たぶん）ちょい甘め。味は普通。おやじさんがいるときは、好みを伝えると適当に作ってくれてすごく美味しいらしい。全体的に味がマイルド、甘めなので好みをオーダーのときに伝えて次回またチャレンジしたい。
