Keisuke • 6月 22, 2019ここはバンクーバーで食べられる唯一のちゃんとした家系ラーメンなんですが、詰めが甘いというか、何故かゆで卵はカットしてないし、味も染みてないし、半熟でもないです。海苔の載せ方も良くないです(写真撮る時海苔は自分でいい感じに配置してます)。ここら辺を日本クオリティまであげて仕上げて欲しいところです。でも、今のところはここくらいしか味で日本のラーメンのレベルに達してるところはありません。
