City of New York • 2月 15, 2012Take a look at the cables and rollers of the oldest of the four remaining retractile bridges in the country – built in 1889! The bridge now uses electricity instead of steam to retract.
Meg L. • 8月 24, 2014Love having a weekend bagel here while reading a book. Never too busy or loud. Plenty of benches to go around!
Sean M. • 12月 31, 2013Quiet, Quaint and (Q)ute. Just blocks away from the madness that is Atlantic Ave. I assume it's a great place to raise a family. Picturesque.
Jenn T. • 9月 8, 2015Wonderful neighborhood park! Also Italian ice during the days for 1$. My daughter loves the pineapple-lime.
Nate F. • 7月 13, 2018if you don’t mind the trains rumbling overhead, this shady park offers three play gyms, slides, swings, and sprinklers
J Crowley • 1月 29, 2012Usually pretty empty. 4 baby swings, 2 child swings. 2 big boat-shaped structures to climb on. Nice rubber flooring in case of a digger. Water-sprinkler-thing for kids to run through in the summer.
Drew N. • 9月 5, 2011Between the sprinkler and the road is a small hatch where a Scottish dude lives and has to push a button every 108 minutes to keep the sprinkler on. For the unimaginative is also a valve.
Lauren K. • 7月 12, 2010a note for runners: no matter how many times we wish there were a drinking fountain here, there's not.
